As a former professional and semi-professional footballer, Fabian had a career which spanned over 9 years. Playing for clubs such as Notts County FC in the English League 1, Fabian was released without a plan ‘B’ and eventually went back to university to study undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. He is now the Athletes USA country manager and believes the U.S. is a fantastic way for talented athletes to play at an extremely high level whilst gaining a university qualification and life changing experience. Learning from his experience, his mission is to help athletes not make the same mistakes he did. For him, there is no greater feeling than seeing someone take that step and pursue other passions whilst playing sport.
