I consider myself different from the others because I don’t use to give up easily, I like when thing are hard or difficult to achieve because it helps me to grow, and when I’ve reached my goal triumph tastes much better. Also, I thinkI’mm a responsible soccer player and student, as I’ve been playing soccer since I was 8, so I grew up balancing the studies and the soccer practices and games. My parents gave me the value of hard work and also the opportunity to study and practice the sport I love, and the best way to make them feel like all their hard work has actually worked is by doing my best in soccer and school.
I want to complete my college to make my parents proud of me, they did not have the chance to go to college, but they are giving my siblings and I the chance if we want to, and I want to. Graduating from college is something we all will be proud of. I want to play professional soccer, and I know that won’t last forever, so I want to give them peace of mind while I still make my dreams come true.
I’m an international student, my mother language is Spanish, for me studying in the USA is a challenge I have accepted, and as I said, I’ve been working on so hard. Studying in the US is a dream I’ve always have, and now I can make it real. I want to study in the USA to improve my English skills, also to make new friends, I know the USA is a country of opportunities and I know that will help me to accomplish my dreams, I’m from a small country, and same size of opportunities, the opportunity I have now is thanks to years of hard work, now is the time to see that work in action.
My main goal in life is playing professional soccer on the big clubs, I know how to coordinate people in the field, I know the importance of teamwork in team sports, I know how to score goals, I’m a very committed person, that’s why I consider I can make this happen, I know that if someone gives the chance I will take it, no matter the cost, I’m sure I will be on one of those big soccer clubs, whether in the USA or in Europe. I know what I’m capable of, and play in one of the big clubs is something I’m fitting to do. I want to take the chance while I still can and studying and graduate from a major will give me peace of mind once I have to retire from the field, however, I know that I will still be soccer related and be able to help other sports dreamers to achieve their dreams. I want to be an example of dreams becoming true, but I want to go beyond and help others to achieve their dreams too.
I do my best all the time, and very focused on my goals, the place won’t affect it, it will only contribute to step closer to the main goal. Also, I am a very respectful and kind person, I usually get along with others and I’m not a party person, I consider having fun is important, however, there are limits and dreams, and I know that exceed a limit can flush down the toilet all the hard work I’ve done. So I can say I’m very centered.
