Runner-up Regionalliga West Women 2021/2022
Women-Regionalliga West | Westfalenliga Women | DFB-Pokal | Westfalenpokal | (VfL Bochum)
I am capable of adapting very quickly to new situations and environments. Having played soccer for around 20 years on different teams, I have learned to be very outgoing and get along very well in a team. Another strength of mine is that I am very self-independent. Since I have been playing in the women’s team for almost 9 years, I have taken on many leadership roles and always have an open ear for younger players. I’m also able to play a variety of positions, such as defensive midfield or attacker.
The U.S. is known for the academic side of the college as being excellent, but at the same time also offers the opportunity to compete athletically at a high and competitive level. With that in mind, the combination of both is outstanding for me because the university system is quite different from Germany.
Plus, my twin sister played tennis in college and always raved about it – I’d love to have a say on that :).
To develop and encourage myself and my teammates in the best possible way. To get to know different cultures and speak english as perfectly as possible, as well as to complete my graduate studies. I also want to represent the university to the best of my ability.
On a personal level, I want to develop myself and be content with the path I chose.
From an academic perspective, a master’s degree and a job that fulfills me. My athletic goal is to play soccer at the highest level possible. I also want to improve my skills and become the best player I can be.
I love nature and used to play tennis. When I was about 15 years old, I had a tryout in the U.S. for a prospective tennis scholarship. But I decided to stay with soccer because that is my true passion.
