I started swimming when I was 9 years old, and since then I have never stopped, the journey has been difficult , but I know if I want to do something I have to work hard To make it. When we talk about swimming I’m ambitious and competitive because I really want to stand out and be the best. I have the essential to succeed and I want to show it.
Unfortunately in my country the sports are not too important in the college and sometimes it’s too demanding, so you need to leave the sport that you love to have good grades, I don’t want that. I know that in United States the sports are really important in the school, that is why I want to go. I want to work more harder and compete in a college level. I would like have teammates with the same goals than me and together help each other.
My college goal is to have a degree in Athletic Coach, Environmental design or Natural resource conservation, no matter which one I choose I will enjoy work in one of them.
My long-term swimming goal is to be professional and to go to the Olympics, my short-term goal is to improve my strokes and to keep working in all the little details. I want to push myself to limits I never cross and be proud of it.
