I have gained a lot of experience up to this point, whether on or off the pitch. When I was 15 I moved out of my family home because i was accepted into a soccer school in Turkey. Since then I have lived alone and had to get used to a certain discipline in order to be successful in my studies and in sports. In addition, I unfortunately know too well (thanks to the years as a kickboxer) what it is like to get up again and again after being knocked out
Even if it sounds a bit funny, this experience motivates me on the pitch again and again to lead the team to success especially in games where things don’t go as expected.
In the years that I played soccer and studied in Germany, it was not easy to combine both on a demanding level. Therefore I think that college soccer is an optimal solution where I can develop personally on both sides and win championships with the team.
I want to be part of a team that stands up for each other, whether in good or bad phases. Because I am convinced that team spirit is the basis of every successful soccer team. I would like to contribute to the success of the team through my athletic qualities as well as my personality. I would also like to improve my English and further develop myself academically in the IT area in order to have better opportunities on the job market.
I definitely want to improve my soccer skills and win many championships in order to experience unforgettable moments with the team. I also think getting to know new cultures like the American one would allow me to mature as a person and in connection with an IT degree would give me an opportunity for development that I won’t get again.
Perhaps it would be worth mentioning that, apart from football, I measured myself at a professional level in kickboxing. That’s why I’m a bit more agile. So i can reach difficult balls and in some situations can take more damage than many other soccer players
