Interview

I am a very athletic and competitive person. I have always been into sports, I want to be the best in what I do and to become better every day. My mom was one of the best track and field runner in Sweden and in the conference there she was competing and at Arkansas State University when she studied there. My dad was a good golfer and have the mindset to be the best, to work hard for success and I think that I am a combination of my parents. I have the fire to always want to become better than I was the day before and to know what has to be done to get there. I have performed well in physical training and tests over the years, I have a mindset of its own that if I compete with someone I often end up the best in the group or to win that specific test or whatever it might be. I was the best student in high school at a test called “Bip test” where you run back and forth as many times as possible and at the same time always need to sprint faster. I have ran a Swedish mile in 39.36 minutes, cooper test which is 3km on 10.12minutes. My athletic background have helped me a lot when it comes to playing golf, I can generate a lot of speed in my club and not getting hurt. Because my stamina is so great I am capable to stay highly focused on the golf course and to also display good penetration ball flights controlling, high, spin and curve to the golf ball with precision.

I want to one day be a professional golfer competing on a high level and maybe have golf as a living. I want to improve my game to reach the next step in my career, to be able to perform consistently. I find that to study in the US is the best option for me, to be part of a team that drives each other to become better by sparring. To combine team training, individual training on great courses and to have a coach that wants you to reach your goals as much as myself want. Therefore college is best environment for me to develop as a golfer and as an individual.

My goal of life is to one day reach my full potential in a subject or a sport so that I can make a difference for me or my friends around the world. Becoming a professional golfer or a highly educated business man creates possibilities for the future and to accomplish my goals.

I have played every tournament since I stared college, I have never finished outside top 3 in the team. I am the current number one player in our team and have been first or second since freshman year.
Throughout I have multiple top 20s, I have always been a solid player with results around par or a few above, lately, I started posting much lower scores and going under par in multiple occasions and finishing 54 holes under par.
Scores on par or better.

GPA average: 3.6
