I see myself as a person that works hard and is always awake and interested in learning new things and facing new challenges. On the pitch, I have a very good tactical understanding for the game and my surroundings in-game and I dirigate my teammates from the back. I definitely see myself as a leader, that motivates his team and always sets an example by taking over responsibility. As a defender, my technical abilities separate me from other defenders, because they allow me to dribble past opponents or switch sides effectively and create attacking situations or score goals on my own. Because of my height and my physicality, I win tackles in-air and on the ground.
Since I know about college soccer, it has been my dream to play in the US and I looked up to several college players since then. Competing in college offers the opportunity to reach the professional level of soccer in an ambitious environment while getting education to work while or after my career and developing personally as well. Since I am used to play on a high soccer level in Germany, I want to compete with good soccer players from all over the world.
I want to win as much as possible and help my team, build connections and friendships and also educate myself to build a foundation for my life. As well, I want to face the challenge of a completely new environment and improve my English speaking skills.
Playing soccer professionally has always been my dream. As well, I want to educate myself to provide myself and my family stability while developing as a person by taking challenges and dedicating a lot of work and time for my dream.
