Emotional strength. This has always been my greatest gift. All the experience I’ve gathered throughout the years has truly shaped me as a volleyball player. Every dig, every spike, every serve has influenced me in a way that has been positive towards my game. Because of this great passion I have towards the sport I have learned to assist and lead my fellow teammates. I am also very patient and calm but persistent and strong in court. In addition, being multicultural and open to different ideas, passionate, experienced, emotionally strong and patient has molded what I would interpret to be a great athlete.
As graduation day becomes closer and closer I’ve known that leaving volleyball would never be an option. College is a great step to take when it comes to growth in this sport. Increasing the level of difficulty and challenging myself to a new horizon is a perfect way to mold a more mature and stronger me. Not only will I focus on my studies but also focus on what I love to do and that is play volleyball.
My college goals are in equal measurements to continue playing volleyball and work hard on academics. I would also love to expose myself to new cultures and offer my own cultural background.
● Play college volleyball with a strong unified team
● Be positive and independent
● Build the necessary skills for a productive future
● Form long lasting friendships
● Live a calm stable life
I dare to be powerful and I am committed to use my physical and emotional strength.
