I think that I’m a guy who always reaches his purposes and who works hard. In Mexico most soccer players don’t study, with luck they finish high school because they are lazy, they think it is very difficult and try to study and play at the same time but I did it, I showed them it is possible to do, I was the first one to finish a degree in college. I always want to be better and be prepared on the soccer field or for whatever comes in life.
Because as I said before, I love playing soccer. I have played since I was 4 years old and having the opportunity to continue playing soccer, studying for a master degree and improving my English is something that I can’t let go.
Be part of a soccer team at a US university and have good performances with the team so I can be watched by MLS teams and if this doesn’t happens having a masters degree in sports to make my other life goal possible.
If I can, I’d love to be a professional soccer player and that’s something that playing in college could give me if I have good performances. If I can’t be a professional player, I’d like to be part of a soccer team because after all these years of being part of the world of soccer I’ve seen that most soccer players in Mexico don’t study and are seen as lazy people. I’d like to work on a soccer team to help the players improve their way of life, because many come from poor families and when they see a little bit of money they leave school and hope to make a life from soccer and I think that is wrong, teams shouldn’t let them. They should develop great soccer players but better persons.
I like to play any other sport, that doesn’t mean I’m as good as I am in soccer but I like playing them, it is always fun to practice a little bit of sport.
