Interview

My work ethic and determination is what makes me different. I am always seeking ways to increase the amount of practice I get while also getting enough time to reach my goals in school. I am very stubborn and I hate missing out on an opportunity to get better. If my coach or someone else I respect advice given to me to do something, I will do it without hesitation.
I think it’s pretty pointless to strive for something unless you give it 100%, so for me, I am dedicating all my time into getting better at golf and getting good grades. I am also good at positive thinking. Often when others see problems, I see opportunities, and even when I don’t, I always try to turn the negatives into positives and make sure I learn something from the situation anyway. Because I do this, it doesn’t matter if I succeed or fail at something, because I will always learn and get better from every experience I go through.

I want to compete in college for many reasons. One is I love competing with a team. I would love to be around guys who share the same dedication to the game as me. Another reason is that I want to get a great academic education. Being able to combine my studies with the sport I love is an amazing opportunity.

• Played for my club’s elite golf team in the Swedish National Team Championship (LAG SM)
• Played for my club’s elite junior golf team in the Swedish National Team Championship and finished T9th.
