I think that a scholarship in the US is the best chance to combine academics with athletics. Doing very good in both is important for me. Soccer is my biggest passion and I´m working very hard every day to reach my goals and to help the team.

Interview

I think that I can help your team because I am working very hard and conscientious. It is important to me to disciplined, passionate, competitive and always eager to win. No matter of the circumstances I always want to make sure that I give my best effort for the team. For me it is very important to work together as a team and to support each other on and off the field. This way I want to contribute to a good team spirit because I am convinced that this is a key factor for being successful. I would describe myself as a fast and strong player with good defensive skills. Hopefully I can use those strengths to help my team win games.

I choose to play college soccer because it is an unbelievable opportunity to compete with players from all around the world, to get in contact with other people/athletes, to get valuable life experiences and to improve my soccer skills. Furthermore, playing college soccer was the perfect step for me to get a high-quality education in another language. On top of that, you also have the chance to become a professional soccer player.

– get a good education
– have an unforgettable intercultural experience
– win as many games as possible
– improve my soccer skills

– Have a good relationship with my family and friends
– Make my family proud
– Try to live a conscious and purposeful life
– Never give up, always give the best I can
– Work hard in order to always make the best decisions on and off the field

I had to spend 3 months in a wheelchair when I was 11 years old. Back then I did not know if everything would become fine again, but I stayed optimistic. This time taught me to always stay positive, to fight and to never give up no matter what the circumstances are. I managed to come back even stronger.
