My strengths are excellent communication skills, a sense of responsibility, strong leadership, and an ability to interact and mesh with my teammates. These and other strengths have led me to be appointed as team captain. In addition, I am a dedicated and committed athlete in both my training and lifestyle decisions.
Although I am excited to further my academic studies, I very much appreciate the competitive nature that sports offer to an athlete. I approach sports with a high-level of professionalism and the opportunity to continue competing at a high-level in the USA is very attractive to me.
I seek to successfully obtain my academic degree in International Business. Academics are important to me so I strive to graduate in good academic results. In addition, I want to be a part of, lead and achieve athletic success with my soccer team. Finally, I look forward to learning more and gaining experience about life in college and in the United States.
I understand that a career as a professional soccer player is difficult to achieve. So although I will work hard in this pursuit, I want to make sure that I concentrate on my academic studies so that I can obtain a good job after my athletic career ends.
I enjoy finding ways to give back to others in the community. In my spare time, I am a youth soccer coach. I also support the community and governmental activities as a co-chair of a local youth chapter.
