Interview

I am a highly adaptable and communicative individual who integrates easily into teams and new environments. On the field, I am a responsible team player who stands up for my teammates and takes charge. High pass precision and strong win rate in duels for the ball are some of my key strengths. With my intense motivation and unwavering commitment to success, I am dedicated to every game and training session, striving to help my team achieve victory.
As a proven team captain, I lead by example and use my physical strength and stature to make an impact. Outside of soccer, I am a self-sufficient, disciplined, and responsible individual who effectively balances school, sports, and leisure activities.

I am driven to achieve athletic excellence and strive to continuously improve myself and my team. Playing in the MLS and competing against talented players like my German colleague, Fabian Herbers, is a dream that I am eager to pursue. With a relentless commitment to success, I am dedicated to giving my all on the field and contributing to the success of my team.

I am eager to immerse myself in a new culture and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. One of my main goals is to improve my English language skills. Studying in the USA offers me the opportunity to explore a wide range of subjects in sports science and related fields, with greater flexibility compared to Germany. I am excited to take advantage of these opportunities and specialize in my field of interest.

My ultimate goal is to seamlessly integrate my passion for soccer with my professional career. While completing my studies successfully remains my top priority, the chance to simultaneously develop my soccer skills and experience in a new country would be a dream come true. Combining my love for soccer with my career has always been my biggest aspiration in life, and I am excited about the possibilities that the future holds.

In addition to being a member of several representative teams for the state of Bavaria and competing at national and international levels, I currently play for the Bavarian U23 Team. Our team has qualified for the UEFA Regions Cup Finals 2023 in Spain, which is a significant achievement. These experiences have given me a comprehensive understanding of the game and the skills necessary to excel both on and off the field.

As an individual soccer coach for FC Bayern Munich since 2020, I have trained numerous Bundesliga players, including Jamal Musiala, Chris Richards, Taylor Booth, and Justin Che. I hold an official soccer Trainer UEFA B-License.

Soccer has always been my favorite sport, and the passion for it runs deep in my family. My grandfather (Franz “Bulle” Roth) was a professional player for FC Bayern, and soccer has always been a central focus.
Overall I am a versatile sports enthusiast, with solid experience playing a variety of sports, including ice hockey, golf, tennis, and baseball. Combining sports and studying is the perfect match for me.
